Prior to forming I-ABODE, Rachel worked
for a large international franchise in real
estate sales and a state wide independent
brokerage as an Associate Broker.

Before pursuing a career in real estate she
worked in High Technology sales/marketing
for both multi-national and start-up companies.
Rachel has experience in leveraging the Internet
to find buyers/sellers; consumer marketing;
team building and negotiation.

Phil is a retired Captain for American Airlines.
Prior to American, Phil managed public relations

and was a partner in International Jet Aviation, Inc.
He also held a real estate licenses in California and
directed the restoration of historic homes.
